The Soothe-A-Ciser® pillow was originally designed for clinic use as a natural traction device.
Many massage therapists think it works great for home use as well.
To use the Soothe-A-Ciser® at home, all you do is lay on it face up with your neck supported by the highest curve.
Use 20-30 minutes a day or as recommended by your healthcare professional. This cushion is not designed for sleeping.
By laying face up on the pillow, the weight of your head acts as a traction system, helping to alleviate tension
headaches and neck pain by gently stretching the upper chest and anterior neck muscles.
For professional use, the patented contoured design provides a comfortable lying position while elevating the face,
shoulders and neck, giving a therapist better access than if you lay flat on your back, while also helping return the neck to its natural curve.
The Soothe-A-Ciser® can also be used as a support cushion for the Cervical Traction System if more weight is needed.
